Learning Product Manager -2649

Responsibilities: Manage a central learning product (Information System) based on an outsourcing model. Analyze customer needs, gather requirements, analyze existing workflows, and define new ones. Write characterization/specification documents and transfer tasks to development using product management metrics and methodologies. Maintain close interfaces with the Architect (via an external company), internal users/customers, external and internal development teams, and QA. Collaborate with the Product Architect and service infrastructure teams to manage product infrastructures. Work with UX/UI to plan the user experience and system appearance. Operate based on Agile development methodology – participate in sprint planning, lead characterization presentations, and adapt specifications to iterative development. Integrate AI capabilities into the product to improve user workflows. Take responsibility for the product's infrastructure and runtime environment, including coordination with support entities. Mandatory Requirements: Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Proven experience of at least 3 years in product management or systems analysis within the field of information systems. Proven experience in implementing AI capabilities in systems or products. Proven experience leading a project from the requirements gathering phase through to delivery and implementation. Familiarity with Agile development methodology. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and optimal interface management. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.
