Marketplace Project Manager

THE ROLE We are expanding into new markets and languages, and we are building localization and content operations that scale through automation and AI. You will join our Global Expansion team and drive the execution of localization and geo-expansion projects across many international markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage localization and geo-expansion projects end to end, across many global markets. - Build and own project plans, timelines, trackers and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Monday or similar). - Coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal teams, freelancers and outsourced teams. - Make sure every market's output meets our quality, consistency, brand and SEO standards. - Track progress, find risks and bottlenecks early, and drive them to resolution. - Keep clear documentation, reports and status updates for management. - Find process gaps and recommend improvements that help localization and content operations scale. - Lead an AI-first approach to productivity, QA and workflow automation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years in project management. - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello or similar). - Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to run many workflows at the same time. - High technical curiosity and comfort with data, automation tools and AI-powered processes. - Proven experience working with freelancers or outsourced teams. - A proactive, can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn fast. - Excellent written and spoken English.
