About the Role Pink Cloud LTD is looking for a Senior AI Architect to take AI solutions from initial discovery through hands-on implementation and production deployment. This is a senior individual-contributor position—not a purely advisory or people-management role. You will personally architect, prototype, code, integrate, deploy, and troubleshoot AI systems while working closely with clients and their technical teams. You should be comfortable moving between architecture and execution: leading a client workshop, designing an end-to-end solution, writing production-quality Python, integrating enterprise systems, evaluating AI models, and resolving deployment issues. What You’ll Do Design and build end-to-end AI and generative-AI solutions. Develop production applications using LLMs, machine-learning models, AI agents, RAG, APIs, and enterprise data. Write production-quality Python code, backend services, integrations, automation workflows, and data-processing components. Build proofs of concept and evolve successful prototypes into secure, reliable production systems. Design AI solutions for cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premise environments. Evaluate models, frameworks, databases, vector stores, and cloud services based on quality, latency, cost, security, and operational requirements. Integrate AI systems with client applications, APIs, databases, identity platforms, and business workflows. Implement evaluation, testing, observability, tracing, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms for AI systems. Apply secure-by-design principles, including access control, secrets management, data protection, threat modeling, auditability, and AI security controls. Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve solutions in production. Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, proofs of concept, and implementation workshops. Produce clear architecture diagrams, technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational runbooks. Establish reusable technical patterns and engineering standards as Pink Cloud grows. What You Bring Strong hands-on experience designing and building production software, AI, data, or cloud systems. Advanced Python development skills and experience building backend services and APIs. Practical experience developing applications with generative AI, LLMs, machine-learning models, or AI-enabled services. Experience taking solutions from discovery and proof of concept through integration, deployment, and production support. Strong understanding of AI architecture, including model selection, inference, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, monitoring, and governance. Experience integrating systems with enterprise APIs, databases, identity services, and cloud platforms. Practical experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and distributed systems. Understanding of application security, AI security, identity and access management, data protection, privacy, and threat modeling. Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take full technical ownership of client deliverables. Strong client-facing communication skills in both technical and business discussions. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience. Advantageous Experience Consulting or professional-services experience. Building agentic AI systems, RAG platforms, tool-using agents, or multi-agent workflows. LLMOps, MLOps, automated evaluation, guardrails, red teaming, or responsible-AI practices. Vector databases, graph databases, message brokers, or event-driven architectures. Security-sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical environments. Hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud architectures. Open-source projects, technical research, publications, or community contributions.
