Product Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Product Manager for the Information Systems and Digital Division at a leading healthcare organization in the Central District! An opportunity to lead complex technological products within core systems, bridge business requirements with technical execution, and make an impact across the entire product lifecycle — from concept formulation to development and implementation. What will you do in this role? Build product roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and author user stories Interface with clients and end users, gather requirements, and author detailed functional specification documents Lead cross-functional initiatives in close collaboration with development, data, UX/UI, and content teams Manage work plans, schedules, budgets, and cross-task dependencies Manage external vendors, define success metrics (KPIs), and advance product quality What are we looking for? At least 4 years of experience in product management Proven experience in requirements analysis and authoring detailed specification documents Experience collaborating with development teams and end users, alongside leading external vendors Strong technological understanding and ability to comprehend system architecture Proficiency in SQL Server, including authoring complex SELECT queries Experience working within a large organization — experience in a healthcare organization is an advantage Relevant education aligned with tender criteria: degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or alternative tracks combining relevant education and specialized product management training, or a matching military technological background Location: Central District Why Comblack?
