Role Overview: Leading large-scale, cross-organizational business-technological programs with a strategic impact on the Bank End-to-end (E2E) planning, management, and control of projects Driving and leading cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration, transparency, and open communication Ongoing engagement with management at all levels and key stakeholders Setting goals, project milestones, risk management, governance routines, and metrics Working in a dynamic environment with an Agile culture Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end management of complex technological projects in large organizations (financial/banking sector experience preferred) Strong business and tech orientation, with experience leading AI- and automation-driven transformation Experience managing and motivating cross-disciplinary teams and interfaces, including leadership without direct authority Experience leading complex business and technological transformations Assertive with strong influence, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to work with executive management, business partners, and diverse stakeholders Experience establishing work governance, goals, KPIs, budgets, controls, and risk management Ability to lead process improvements, identify bottlenecks, and break down complex problems Ability to create integrative connections across different teams and units within the organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for driving impact and leading organizational change Fast learner, self-motivated, highly organized, and independent Show more Show less
