FullStack Tech Lead

Join our Digital Workplace team and help shape the next generation of AI-powered solutions. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise across both backend and frontend development. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable applications, leverage cutting-edge AI technologies, and work with advanced AI-assisted development tools to accelerate innovation and improve code quality. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate and introduce new technologies, and play a key role in building end-to-end solutions that create real business impact. What You'll Do Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services using Python (required) and .NET. Build modern, responsive web applications using React or Angular . Architect and implement AI-powered solutions , including advanced RAG pipelines and LLM-based applications. Evaluate, select, and integrate technologies, frameworks, and tools that best fit business needs. Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Amazon CodeWhisperer to enhance development efficiency and code quality. Work closely with product, design, data science, and client teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Drive best practices in software architecture, scalability, maintainability, and security. Stay at the forefront of AI, full-stack development, and emerging technologies. Lead through hands-on contribution, innovation, and proactive problem-solving. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Experience as a Tech Lead . Strong frontend development experience with React or Angular . Hands-on experience building GenAI solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Hugging Face. Experience developing LLM applications with LangChain and LangGraph . Strong understanding of advanced RAG architectures , vector databases, and AI application design. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP . Ability to independently research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and methodologies. Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar. Strong backend development experience with Python (required); .NET experience is an advantage. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, ORM tools, and scalable application architectures. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Nice to Have Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with data privacy, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
