About the Role A leading organization in Yakum is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager for a role combining end-to-end project management with hands-on technical responsibilities. The position involves managing organizational systems and processes and leading technological solutions from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, deployment, and Go-Live. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end information systems projects, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, deployment, and Go-Live. Take hands-on ownership of systems, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Develop work plans, manage tasks, timelines, resources, and priorities. Analyze business processes and map system interfaces and data flows between systems. Work with external software vendors and service providers, monitor deliverables, and manage SLAs. Lead QA and UAT processes, support end users, and facilitate the implementation of new systems. Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, analyze information, and automate tasks. Collaborate closely with technical teams, management, business users, and external vendors. Mandatory Requirements At least 3 years of experience managing information systems projects in a medium-to-large organization, including hands-on system work beyond project coordination and management. Proven experience developing work plans and leading projects through Go-Live. Technical understanding of system architecture, databases, interfaces, and data flows. Familiarity with interfaces and integration technologies such as APIs, SFTP, and Web Services. Experience working with external vendors, monitoring deliverables, and managing SLAs. Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and Excel. A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong service orientation, independent learning skills, process-oriented thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Significant Advantages Experience in business process mapping and improvement (BPM). Experience with ERP, HRIS, or healthcare and social services systems. Familiarity with regulated environments. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives or implementing AI tools within an organization. Familiarity with information security, data privacy, and data governance principles.
