Salesforce Project Manager

abra professional services is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager! Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the Salesforce team’s Scope of Work, in collaboration with other technical project managers, while balancing ongoing development requests with large-scale strategic initiatives. Lead cross-organizational technical projects within the Salesforce environment, collaborating with other project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-go-live support. Lead requirements-gathering sessions with users, take ownership of finalizing requirements and designing solutions, and collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation. Lead technical planning discussions, negotiate requirements, and build consensus among business and technical stakeholders. Implement solutions using Salesforce’s built-in tools and capabilities. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, demonstrating strong platform knowledge, a deep understanding of its capabilities, and familiarity with its various solution types. Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical, implementable Salesforce solutions. Experience building solutions for business users on the Salesforce platform. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and engage in professional discussions with engineers regarding architecture, dependencies, and risks. Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems and applications. A proactive approach to leveraging AI tools throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to solution design and implementation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into technical solutions. Experience working with Salesforce Omni-Channel — an advantage. Show more Show less
