Project Management Officer

About the Role A leading aviation startup is seeking a Project Management Officer to lead planning, control, and operational processes across production activities and company projects. This role involves building work plans, monitoring project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, working with suppliers, tracking schedules, and removing operational bottlenecks to ensure efficient and continuous execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing effectively, and possesses strong systems thinking. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain weekly and monthly production work plans. Manage and track work orders and tasks through company systems. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. Identify bottlenecks, remove obstacles, and drive tasks to completion across multiple stakeholders. Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate and align activities between Production, Procurement, Engineering, and functional managers. Manage ongoing project status updates and proactively escalate risks, delays, and deviations. Lead process improvement initiatives, focusing on operational excellence, organization, and efficiency. Requirements Must Have Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Industrial Engineering & Management or Business Administration . Minimum of 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Project Operations roles. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work independently. Proven ability to drive processes, manage multiple priorities, and maintain effective follow-up and control. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across multiple interfaces and stakeholders. Advantages Experience with work orders and manufacturing/production processes. Experience using project and task management tools such as Priority and/or Monday.com .
