BI Developer

Menora Mivtachim is Hiring! We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Engineer / BI Developer to join our growing data team. Responsibilities Manage and analyze data to support strategic business decisions across the organization Design and maintain tables, business logic, and ETL processes for business panels and data systems. Perform data quality controls and monitoring to ensure accuracy and continuity Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as DataStage and Talend Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions Requirements Proven experience in BI and Data Warehouse systems analysis within large-scale organizations— insurance companies preferred. Deep knowledge of DWH methodologies: STG, MRR, DIM, FACT, and additional data layers Ability to define technical and business requirements and architect scalable solutions Strong understanding of data processes and data lifecycle management Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures Hands-on experience with ETL tools — DataStage and Talend are a strong advantage Team player with excellent communication skills Prior experience in insurance or financial services — a significant advantage Skills & Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Self-learner with a genuine curiosity for new technologies Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
