Billing Application Support and QA

We’re hiring! Billing roles Passionate about billing systems and the tech that keeps revenue flowing? We’re growing our team with two tracks: Billing Application Support Dive into billing operations, troubleshoot rejects and job failures, and keep production running smoothly. Functional: billing domain knowledge, including Billing, AR, Collections, Usage, Mediation, REST APIs and microservices. You’ll investigate and resolve billing rejects, AR rejects and confirmation issues, and analyze logs to provide workarounds and fixes. Code-level knowledge in one of these areas is a plus. Technical: Linux/Unix, Shell scripting and automation. AWS (basic), Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes (basic) and deployments. Grafana, Kibana, Jira, ServiceNow. SQL and Oracle. Billing QA / Audit Own the integrity of the billing cycle and keep revenue leakage at zero. Functional: billing domain knowledge, plus billing audits, financial trending, exception analysis and discrepancy investigation. You’ll handle billing approvals and cycle confirmations with internal and external stakeholders, and build and improve quality controls. You’ll identify revenue issues in production, prepare audit procedures for billing code changes and new accounts, and analyze customer data to catch leakage.
