Full Stack Developer – Node.js & React

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on professional experience developing web applications using Node.js and React . In this role, you will take part in the development and evolution of CRM systems, internal management platforms, customer-facing websites, and business applications. You will be expected to take ownership of development tasks, work independently on features from design through implementation, and collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders. We work using Agile methodology , with code reviews, continuous learning, shared code ownership, and a strong focus on clean, maintainable, and reliable code. Responsibilities Backend Development: Design and develop backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. Frontend Development: Build and maintain user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. End-to-End Feature Development: Take ownership of features from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. API Development & Integration: Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party services. Database Management: Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization. System Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing systems, troubleshoot production issues, fix bugs, and implement new functionality. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and participate actively in code reviews. Collaboration: Work with developers, QA, Product, and other stakeholders as part of an Agile development team. Version Control: Work with Git-based development workflows. Requirements 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in Full Stack or Web development. Strong hands-on experience developing backend applications using Node.js . Strong hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React . Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript . Solid understanding of HTML and CSS. Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs . Practical experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases . Experience working with Git in a collaborative development environment. Understanding of modern web application architecture and client-server communication. Experience debugging and troubleshooting real-world applications. Ability to independently analyze requirements, break down development tasks, and implement solutions.
