Head of HR

The Head of HR leads the full HR function across global locations, owning HR strategy, operations, and people programs. This role partners with senior leadership, manages a small HRBP team, and oversees the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, performance, development, engagement, compliance, and culture. Requirements 5+ years of HR experience in global companies. HRBP background + people management experience. Strong knowledge of global & local hiring processes. Hands-on experience in HR operations, labor law & employee relations. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Strategic mindset with strong execution abilities. Experience with HRIS and multi-site/global HR environments. Main Responsibilities Build and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals. Advise senior leaders and support organizational needs. Manage and mentor 1–2 HR Business Partners. Lead global recruitment processes end-to-end. Oversee core HR operations (on/offboarding, HRIS, policies, compensation workflows). Lead performance reviews and development processes. Strengthen culture, engagement, and internal communication. Ensure compliance with labor laws across all relevant locations.
