Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

A leading defense company is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure to lead end-to-end engineering and facility projects within its central campus. In this role, you will take full ownership of projects from initial client requirements, conceptual and detailed design, budgeting, and contractor negotiations, through on-site execution and final handover. Responsibilities: Manage campus construction, renovations, and infrastructure projects from inception to completion end-to-end. Collaborate closely with internal clients to define needs, lead conceptual and detailed design phases, evaluate vendor quotes, and manage internal project budgets. Oversee and supervise all infrastructure and construction activities on campus, ensuring strict quality, safety, and operational standards. Direct and coordinate contractors, suppliers, engineers, and consultants while maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders. Manage quality control, system testing, and delivery to internal clients upon full project completion. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Practical Engineer, or a related technical field At least 4 years of proven experience managing construction, infrastructure, and renovation projects - MUST Strong background in industrial or high-tech environments, with exposure to laboratories, mechanical systems, electronics, infrastructure, and facility upgrades. Hands-on experience in internal budget planning, RFP/RFQ management, vendor control, and cost monitoring. Experience with Cleanrooms – big advantage. Show more Show less
