Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager InfraEdge is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our development team and lead multiple software projects from Discovery through Delivery and Validation. This role combines hands-on product management, strong technical understanding, and close collaboration with development teams and end users in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead Product Discovery directly with end users and business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. Define and maintain PRDs, technical specifications, User Stories, and development-ready Backlogs. Leverage AI tools, Agents, and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies to improve requirements and specifications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and user needs. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment. Proven experience in Product Discovery, requirements gathering, and working directly with customers and end users. Hands-on experience writing PRDs, User Stories, technical specifications, and Acceptance Criteria. Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows. Familiarity with databases and working knowledge of SQL. Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Experience working with AI/GenAI tools, AI Agents, or SDD methodologies - an advantage. Experience in complex enterprise environments - an advantage. Ability to independently build functional prototypes using AI or no-code tools - an advantage.
