About Angelina Angelina builds the AI Workforce OS , a governance and control plane that turns AI agents into managed digital workers, with identity, policy enforcement, budget controls, organizational memory, and full audit trails. The platform runs in production with academic, industrial, and public-sector customers in Israel and abroad, including on-premise deployments. We're a team of about 12 that moves fast, and every person has a direct impact on the product. The Role You'll be our first QA engineer , responsible for product quality from end to end. You'll design and run manual and automated tests, and you'll build the company's testing infrastructure from scratch together with the development team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll set the standards, choose the tools, and shape how quality works at Angelina as we grow. What You'll Do Write test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications Run functional, regression, and integration testing, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with customers Build and expand our UI and API test automation Test LLM-based systems: validate outputs, build golden test suites, test for consistency and hallucinations, and verify guardrails and the policy engine Test integrations, including SSO/Keycloak, MCP, WhatsApp Cloud API, Moodle/LTI, and customer systems Report, track, and manage bugs through to resolution Take part in release processes and test on-prem and cloud environments What You Bring 1–3 years of QA experience with software products (Web/SaaS) Experience writing test cases and working with a bug-tracking system (Jira or similar) Experience with API testing (Postman / REST) Basic SQL Excellent English, written and spoken, for working directly with international customers Independence, a strong sense of ownership, and comfort in an early-stage startup Big Advantages Test automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, and with Pytest Python Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and AWS Prior experience testing AI, LLM, or chatbot products Familiarity with enterprise environments and information-security processes Why Join Us Build QA from zero.
