Strong clean-code practices and adherence to SOLID principles of Object-Oriented Design. Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor AI) Proven experience with Agile SCRUM methodology. Software Engineering Team Lead 4+ years of experience as a team lead Strong hands-on experience with our stack – Node.js/NestJS, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents to production from prototyping through to reliable, live systems using LLM frameworks and infrastructure (e.g., AWS Bedrock, PyTorch, Hugging Face) Experience embedding AI across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) – from AI-assisted coding and code review to automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflows. Strong experience designing and operating cloud-based microservices architectures, with a proven track record running high-scale, high-throughput production systems Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) ********** Full Stack Team Leader 2–5 years of proven experience as a Software Development Team Leader – mandatory.
