Quality Assurance Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer | Golan Industries – IAI Golan Industries, part of the Military Aircraft Group at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) , is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. About the role: • Lead product quality processes in accordance with customer requirements, regulations, and AS9100 standards throughout development, production, and delivery • Develop and implement quality plans for development and production projects • Lead internal and external quality audits with customers and regulatory authorities • Develop and update quality procedures and monitor their implementation • Manage non-conformities, lead MRB committees, and define corrective and preventive actions • Oversee production quality, including manufacturing inspections, assemblies, and FAI approvals according to AS9102 • Manage supplier quality, including supplier qualification, monitoring, and continuous improvement • Analyze quality data and statistics, identify lessons learned, and present insights to management • Promote and embed a strong quality culture across the plant What are we looking for? • B.Sc. / Academic degree in Engineering – required • At least 2 years of proven experience in a quality function within an industrial company – required • Proven experience supporting manufacturing operations, suppliers, and subcontractors – required • High-level English, including written and verbal communication – required • Strong proficiency in MS Office – required • Engineering/technical ability to read drawings and engineering specifications – required • Quality certification (CMQ/CQE or Quality Auditor) – an advantage • Familiarity with AS9100 and aviation regulations and requirements (RTA, EASA, FAA) – an advantage Location: Golan Industries, IAI – Military Aircraft Group Golan Industries develops, manufactures, and markets energy-absorbing seats primarily for the military and commercial aviation industries, including aircraft and helicopters.
