Product Manager

Spikerz is a cybersecurity company protecting brands' social media accounts from takeovers, impersonation and abuse. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're looking for a Product Manager who wants to own problems end to end and ship. What you'll do • Own product initiatives from problem definition to launch: talk to users and customers, research the market and competitors, write PRDs, define edge cases and drive execution with engineering and design • Work closely with the founders and dev team on a daily basis — you'll be the first PM in the company, with real ownership and direct impact on the roadmap • Navigate ambiguity: turn vague customer problems into clear specs, make decisions with incomplete information and prioritize ruthlessly • Juggle multiple workstreams in parallel in a high-pace startup environment What we're looking for • 2–4 years of hands-on product management experience • Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) • Strong ownership and the ability to take a task from a one-line problem statement to a shipped feature • Data-driven: comfortable working with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Hotjar to define KPIs, analyze user behavior and make decisions • Experience with complex technical systems and B2B products • Experience in cybersecurity, ideally around IAM, credential management or account security • Comfort with pressure, context switching and multitasking • Team player who puts the company first Advantage • Experience with social media platforms or their APIs (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.) Full-time, from our office in Tel Aviv.
