abra is hiring for our Digital & Information Systems Division! We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join our team and lead strategic digital and information systems initiatives in a large and complex enterprise environment. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end projects from initiation, planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technological solutions Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and multiple organizational interfaces Lead systems analysis activities, including requirements documentation, process mapping, and solution design Drive process improvement initiatives and implement innovative digital solutions Support testing, deployment, user adoption, and successful project delivery Promote efficiency, service excellence, and enhanced user experience through technology ✔ 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst ✔ 2+ years of experience managing projects in Information Systems environments ✔ Proven experience leading complex projects from requirements through implementation ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Experience working with both business and technological stakeholders ✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization), or equivalent qualification ✔ Alternative qualifications: Bachelor's degree in another field along with at least 300 academic hours in Information Systems studies, or a Practical Engineering diploma in Computers/Technology ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required Location: Haifa (Hybrid)
