What We Are Looking For We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution and expansion of our product ecosystem, with a primary focus on our mobile platform. In this role, you will define product strategy, champion user-centric innovation, and integrate next-generation capabilities to shape the future of sports and fitness technology. This position reports directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel (Hybrid) What Will You Do Product Strategy & Vision Define, articulate, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives and key performance indicators. Conduct rigorous market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback synthesis to identify high-impact growth opportunities. Product Execution & Lifecycle Management Partner with cross-functional R&D, engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to prioritize, scope, and deliver high-quality features. Author comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a focus on seamless mobile user experience. Maintain a predictable, high-velocity release cycle ensuring quality, scalability, and performance. User Experience & Analytics Analyze product usage metrics, retention funnels, and qualitative research to continually optimize app engagement. Establish critical KPIs and operational metrics to measure feature success and evaluate business impact. Monetization & Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to build robust go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Domain Ownership & Accountability Take full end-to-end ownership of your product domain, driving execution and decision-making to meet defined KPIs and success goals, which you will define together with the CPO based on the company strategy. Drive monetization initiatives and subscription models to ensure strong, scalable revenue growth. Requirements (Must-Haves) 4–6 years of product management experience delivering successful B2C products/apps in a high-growth startup or tech environment. Proven track record of managing end-to-end mobile app lifecycles across iOS and Android platforms. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional Agile squads to launch impact-driven products. Strong analytical capabilities with deep experience in A/B testing, user funnels, and data analytics tools. Proven ability to drive full end-to-end domain ownership and execution based on defined KPIs and success goals under executive leadership. Exceptional UX/UI sensibilities with a strong focus on building user-centric, intuitive interfaces. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance personal and team efficiency. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew. Nice-to-Haves (Bonus) Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI features into product workflows and user experiences. Passion for sports and fitness, with prior experience working in Health/Fitness tech, IoT, or a connected hardware/software ecosystem.
