We're building a team of people who thrive on ownership, ambiguity, and impact. About The Role Mars Security is looking for a Product Lead to own the roadmap end to end. You will work closely with founders and engineering, gather feedback and requirements directly from customers, and decide what gets built and in what order. You will write the specs the team builds from and be accountable for what ships. What You'll Do Own the product roadmap: what gets built, in what order, and why Talk to customers directly, gather feedback and requirements, and turn it into what ships next Work closely with founders and engineering to define and prioritize the build Write clear specs the team can build from Track what ships against what customers actually asked for Set the bar for product quality and hold the team to it What We're Looking For 4+ years at a cybersecurity company working in SecOps: SIEM, SOC, MDR, XDR, UEBA, threat hunting, detection engineering, or threat intelligence - MUST Skilled with Claude Code and building or running agents.
