Product Manager

Our platform brings together money movement, trading, liquidity, wallets and blockchain infrastructure through a single integration layer. As we enter our next stage, we're looking for a Product Manager with deep fintech and crypto knowledge, strong product judgment, and the communication skills to work with clients and internal teams alike. You'll turn how each client needs to operate into clear, buildable product flows. You'll work closely with our Product Lead, Tech Lead and engineering team, with Sales and client-facing teams, and directly with clients. Together with the Product Lead, you'll shape what we build, why we build it and how it reaches customers. The Challenge Every client comes to us with a different business model, different providers and different regulatory needs. Your job is to understand each one deeply and translate it into a solution blueprint: a clear, end-to-end picture of how the client's platform will work, from onboarding through deposits, trading, withdrawals and compliance. The client signs off on that blueprint, and engineering delivers from it. Along the way, you'll build the product processes that make this repeatable and faster with every new client. What You'll Own Client Flows & Solution Design: Take a client's blueprint and break down how their platform is built. Map the end-to-end flows (user onboarding and KYC, crypto and fiat deposits, trading and quoting, withdrawals, approvals and settlement) and define the configuration decisions that shape each one. Requirements & Specs: Turn flows into clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria. Cover the edge cases that matter in financial systems, such as failed screening, held deposits, quote expiry, whitelisting, fees and manual approvals. Tech Partnership: Work side by side with the Tech Lead to align on scope, trade-offs, dependencies and timelines. Make product decisions explicit so engineering can build with confidence. Client Communication: Lead product discussions with clients. Run blueprint walkthroughs, close open questions, align on configuration decisions and explain complex flows simply. Internal Alignment: Be the bridge between Sales, client teams, engineering, compliance and operations, so everyone works from the same picture of what's being built and why. Provider & Integration Logic: Understand how custodians, liquidity providers, KYC/KYT vendors and banking rails fit into each flow, and design products that make the most of them. Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product backlog and roadmap, balancing client commitments, platform improvements and new capabilities. Product Processes: Build the product function's processes from the ground up, including blueprint templates, discovery, spec standards, release readiness and feedback loops, and keep improving them as we grow. What You Bring 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, banking or crypto infrastructure Strong knowledge of the crypto and digital asset industry: custody, wallets, stablecoins, on/off-ramps, trading and liquidity, and blockchain transaction lifecycles A solid understanding of fintech and compliance flows: KYC/KYB, KYT, Travel Rule, AML screening Proven ability to design end-to-end user journeys and system flows, turning complex business requirements into clear diagrams and specs Technical fluency: you're comfortable with evaluating APIs, defining integrations and system architecture, and can hold your own with engineers Excellent communication skills with clients and internally; you explain complex ideas clearly, run productive meetings and build trust quickly A builder mindset: you like creating structure and processes where none exist yet, and want to grow with the company Fluent English Why CRYMBO?
