Forward Deployed Engineer

About KinSame KinSame has developed a unique visual identification technology that recognizes people through family resemblance and ear morphology. It can identify a person even when their own photo isn't in the database. The product is live and deployed with leading organizations. The role As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our product and our customers. You'll lead customer deployments end to end: installing our AI platform in the customer's environment, integrating it with their systems, and making sure it delivers in real operational use. Between customer projects, you'll work with our core team on product development, tooling, and infrastructure. What you'll do Lead on-site deployments of our GPU-based AI platform, including in closed networks with no internet access Build integrations between KinSame and customer systems via our REST APIs (Python) Implement service authentication with Keycloak / OpenID Connect Be the primary technical contact for customer teams during and after deployment Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, including video processing and GPU utilization Bring field insights back to the product team, and contribute to core development, deployment tooling, and infrastructure between projects Requirements 5+ years of software engineering, with strong Python backend experience Strong Linux and Docker / Docker Compose skills Hands-on experience deploying systems on-premise or in air-gapped environments Experience with REST APIs and system integration Comfortable working directly with customers, taking ownership, and solving problems independently Fluent Hebrew and good English Willingness to work on-site at customer locations, including Jerusalem Advantages NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, ONNX Runtime or other ML inference in production Keycloak / OIDC Video processing (FFmpeg, OpenCV) Experience with enterprise or government customers Location Our office is in Ra'anana.
