Junior AI Solutions & Automation Builder

We are looking for a Junior AI & Automation Specialist to join a fast-moving technology environment and help develop practical solutions using AI, automation, integrations, and data. This is not a traditional software development role . We are looking for someone with a technical background who enjoys experimenting with new technologies, connecting systems, analyzing information, and turning ideas into practical solutions. You will work on a variety of projects across automation, AI, data, internal tools, and business processes. The role is highly hands-on and requires someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and is comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change rapidly. What You'll Do AI & Automation Build AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows. Experiment with LLMs, AI tools, and emerging technologies. Develop internal tools and applications that solve real business needs. Identify repetitive processes and opportunities for automation. Quickly prototype ideas and turn successful concepts into working solutions. Integrations & APIs Connect different platforms, applications, and data sources. Build automated workflows between systems. Work with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools. Troubleshoot integrations and find practical technical solutions. Improve communication and data flow between different systems. Data & Analytics Work with business and performance data using Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools. Analyze datasets, identify trends, and uncover opportunities. Build reports, dashboards, and automated data workflows. Turn raw information into clear and actionable insights. Use AI and automation to improve analysis and reporting. Problem Solving Identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions. Explore new technologies and find ways to apply them to real business challenges. Build prototypes and working applications. Work with different teams to understand problems and develop solutions. Take ownership of projects from idea through implementation and improvement. Requirements Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience building AI projects, automations, integrations, or applications through academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects. Understanding of AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development. Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, or workflow automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. Ability to learn new technologies extremely quickly and apply them independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment . Proactive, curious, and hands-on approach. Ability to move quickly from an idea to a working solution. Comfortable switching between different technical and business challenges. Strong English communication skills. Advantages Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, or similar. SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar technical skills. Experience building AI agents or working with LLMs. Experience with BI platforms, databases, APIs, or data visualization. Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment. Experience working with complex data, integrations, or multiple interconnected systems.
