About the job We are looking for a Product Manager to lead multiple products as the sole PM across our group of companies. This role combines deep customer engagement, including travel and demos, with close collaboration with senior management and development teams. We need a solutions-oriented leader who works autonomously, inspires trust, can influence people, and ensures the success of all products under their ownership. Responsibilities Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to execution, delivery, and ongoing optimization. Inspire and lead by example, building trust and credibility across the organization, fostering collaboration, guiding teams through challenges, and keeping everyone aligned and focused on the mission. Drive outbound product activities, including supporting the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with sales teams, and delivering product presentations, demos, and messaging to potential customers and external stakeholders. Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and long-term needs, and translate these insights into clear product direction. Prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and strategic goals. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment, remove obstacles, and achieve high-quality delivery. Create clear product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, workflows, and release notes. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes within the security intelligence domain to identify opportunities and risks. Requirements 4+ years of Product Management experience in security intelligence or complex, data-heavy products with sophisticated UI systems. Strong English communication skills are a must, both in writing and speaking. Proven experience leading in-depth sessions with customers. Proven track record of delivering complex, user-facing products with high UI standards. Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations, clearly explaining complex concepts to both customers and colleagues. Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with key members, collaborating with development teams, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Great team player with excellent leadership and personal skills. Nice to Have Military veterans who have held product management roles that involved working with complex intelligence systems. Experience in the security intelligence industry.
