Technical Project Manager

ThirdEye Systems , a leading company specializing in the development of advanced Electro-Optical systems powered by Computer Vision and AI for drones and autonomous robots, is looking for a strong, technically oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a key role in the success of the project, taking end-to-end responsibility for leading the development and maturation of a complex product, from concept through deployment, while ensuring timely delivery in a competitive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end responsibility for the execution and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary technology development projects. Managing requirements, scope, milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Leading cross-functional and matrixed collaboration with System, Algorithms, Software, Electronics, Mechanics, Integration, Operations , and other relevant teams. Driving cross-functional interfaces, removing blockers, and leading topics through decision-making and execution. Working closely with the System Engineer and domain managers to define and implement the technical solution. Leading Design Reviews, experiments, integrations, data collection activities, and demonstrations . Maintaining ongoing communication with customers, management, and internal stakeholders . Managing subcontractors and suppliers, including scope, schedules, milestones, coordination, execution tracking, and closing gaps . Requirements: 3+ years of experience in technical project management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a significant technical background – mandatory. Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary technology development projects. Strong technical understanding and the ability to actively participate in discussions across System, Software, Algorithms, Electronics, and Mechanics . Proven ability to drive execution in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders without direct managerial authority. Strong ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and work plans . Proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of complex topics and drive them through decision-making and execution. Experience working with customers and translating operational/business needs into an execution plan . Experience with system integration, testing, or field activities – a significant advantage. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities . Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers , including negotiation and commercial coordination. Experience in active protection systems and armored vehicle (AFV) upgrades – a significant advantage. Experience in the defense industry – a significant advantage. Experience or familiarity with Electro-Optical systems – an advantage. High level of English proficiency. Show more Show less
