Company Description Wonder Robotics, founded in 2021 in Israel, is focused on transforming drone autonomy through advanced AI PILOT and vision-based technologies. The company develops autonomous solutions that improve operability and scalability for drones used in defense and military sectors. Its vision-based AI pilots enable reliable autonomous drone operations even in GPS-denied or communications-disrupted environments. Wonder Robotics is expanding globally, with successful deployments in multiple international markets. The R&D center is in Netanya, Israel, with additional offices in Virginia, U.S. Autonomous UAV Systems We are looking for an experienced, hands-on System Verification & Validation Engineer to own the evidence behind our release decisions-defining how advanced autonomy capabilities are tested, investigating complex system behavior, and ensuring that every deployed version is ready for the real world. You will shape and lead our system-level verification process-from requirements and test strategy through laboratory integration, simulation, flight testing, and release readiness. You will work closely with Product, Systems Engineering, R&D, Integration, Flight Test, and Delivery, with real influence over what is released and deployed. What You Will Own Build system-level V&V plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and traceability from requirements to evidence. Lead laboratory, simulation, SIL/HIL, ground, and flight-test campaigns. Own regression testing and release-readiness activities for product and project-specific builds. Analyze logs, telemetry, sensor data, and unexpected behavior to isolate multidisciplinary root causes. Develop scalable test tools, automation, documentation, and controlled release practices. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of hands-on experience in V&V, system testing, integration, or flight testing of complex systems. Proven experience defining test plans, test procedures, and measurable acceptance criteria. Strong system-level understanding across software, hardware, sensors, algorithms, interfaces, and real-time behavior. Ability to independently investigate failures, communicate clear conclusions, and make evidence-based release recommendations. Advantages B.Sc. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with UAVs, robotics, autonomous systems, aerospace, or flight-control products. Experience with SIL/HIL, simulation environments or flight-log analysis. Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, navigation, perception, or GNSS-denied operation. Experience with mission-critical, safety-critical, aviation, defense, automotive, or regulated systems.
