Technology Project Manager

abra is seeking for an Technology Project Manager This role requires full end-to-end delivery ownership, from gathering and understanding requirements, through planning, prioritization, risk and dependency management, to successful implementation and achievement of business objectives. Additional responsibilities include: Building detailed work plans and defining milestones. Ongoing monitoring of task progress. Proactive control and identification of potential blockers, with timely resolution. Matrix management of development teams and coordination of multiple interfaces simultaneously, including remote development teams and a large number of stakeholders. Daily work with Jira for managing work plans and tasks, tracking execution, generating status reports, monitoring progress metrics, and more. Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, in the Central Israel area. Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing technology projects – required. 3+ years of experience in matrix management of development teams – required. 3+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies alongside product teams and business stakeholders – required. Experience working with Jira & Confluence – an advantage. Similar experience in a financial institution – an advantage. Show more Show less
