Responsibilities Oversee operations: Manage internal processes, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks to ensure projects run efficiently. Support program execution: Work with research leads and managers to plan timelines, budgets, and resource needs for each program. Implement policies and compliance: Ensure that operational practices follow legal and ethical standards and coordinate audits with compliance specialists. Coordinate across teams: Serve as a liaison between research, engineering, product, and administrative staff. Monitor performance: Track KPIs, produce reports for leadership, and identify areas for process improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Experience managing budgets, logistics, and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and communication skills.
