About This Opportunity We're seeking market-facing professionals at companies that sell open-weight AI models, plus post-training and deployment services, to Global 2000 companies and government agencies. Relevant roles include enterprise account executive, forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, and product manager for enterprise or sovereign offerings. The ideal candidate would have been directly involved in specific customer deals involving open-weight AI models, particularly for coding and software engineering use cases, and understands the technical and commercial factors behind those customers' decisions. This includes why customers chose open-weight over proprietary models, how they compared vendors, and which deployment, customisation and compliance requirements shaped the final deal.
