Company Description Product Manager 🚀 We’re Mint - we build digital products for some of the leading brands in Israel. We’re looking for a Product Manager who owns products end-to-end and thrives when no two days look the same. Overview What you’ll do Lead products from discovery to launch - defining strategy, owning the roadmap, and translating business goals into clear product requirements Run multiple projects in parallel using Agile/Scrum, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders Work with clients - understanding their needs, leading status meetings, and turning conversations into actionable specs Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Qualifications About you 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Monday Strong product sense - you think in business value, user needs, and success metrics Excellent written specs - you make the complex simple Comfortable operating with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects Fluent Hebrew and English-Big plus AI orientation: you actually use Claude, GPT, etc. in your day-to-day, and know how to bring them into product work and workflows Experience shipping GenAI-based features or products Background in a digital agency or project-based company Sound like you?
