RT Embedded Team Lead

abra R&D division is seeking an Embedded Team Leader to join our team in North We are looking for an experienced Embedded software development team leader who will serve as a professional leader, support engineers, and drive professional involvement in projects, while also managing new employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Managing and onboarding new employees Providing professional support to engineers Professional involvement in projects At least 5 years of experience in Embedded software development Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Embedded software development, including experience with various operating systems – Linux/VxWorks/FreeRTOS. At least 3 years of experience managing a development team. Experience in software development for multi-interface systems (including hardware interfaces – operating serial interfaces, interfaces with cards, BSP, etc.). Knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and working with C/C++. Professional capabilities in testing, including planning and understanding test environments, designing tests (cycles and scenarios), initiating testing operations, leading and conducting reviews, designing and implementing tests. Ability to manage people, work in a team, systemic view, high service consciousness and independence, high integration capabilities. Proficiency in English, reading and writing - mandatory. Very good interpersonal communication. Working with professional managers at the client's site. Working with managers at abra.
