CRM Implementer

Job Description iCloudius is a boutique Cloud service vendor with mainly tech clients. We are a leading supplier of cloud-based enterprise software professional services, with expertise in the Salesforce.com and NetSuite platforms. This is a junior implementation position that includes hands-on technical work and knowledge on the CRM platforms, mainly Salesforce.com, such as data migration, data manipulation and system customizations. Responsibilities You will proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements. Skills Required - BA / B.Sc. Industrial engineering, information systems management or equivalent. - At least one year of proven experience in the information systems field - Strong communication skills mainly in English. - Experience with CRM applications – advantage - Salesforce Certifications – advantage.
