Business Intelligence Developer

A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Data Developer to join a complex and technology-driven environment. What will you do? Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL/ELT processes and data interfaces . Write advanced SQL queries and Stored Procedures , including performance optimization. Design and develop DWH data models , including Star Schema and normalization. Work across On-Prem and Cloud environments , with a focus on data quality and system stability. Participate in CI/CD processes and version control . Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Collaborate with multiple business and technology stakeholders . Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from technical analysis to stable production code. What are we looking for? 2–3+ years of experience in Data Development and ETL/ELT in large organizations. Strong proficiency in SQL , including Stored Procedures, functions, and optimization. Experience with data modeling (Star Schema, normalization). Experience working with relational databases ; NoSQL is an advantage. Experience with technical specification and analysis . Familiarity with CI/CD and version control . Strong engineering mindset, independence, and ability to lead solutions end-to-end. Advantages Experience with Cloud environments / Hybrid architecture .
