RF System Validation Engineer - Israel Ready to work at the forefront of satellite communications and help validate the technology shaping the future of connectivity? We’re looking for an experienced System Validation Engineer to join a team developing complex satellite ground station communication systems across hardware, software, RF and embedded technologies. What you’ll be doing Lead system validation across PHY, hardware and software Develop automated test plans and procedures for new systems and features Build test setups for automated regression and manual testing Support system integration, bring-up, debugging and product validation Investigate defects, analyse failures and identify root causes Work closely with development and systems engineering teams on corrective actions Support test management and continuous integration methodologies Analyse test data and produce regular test execution reports and metrics What we’re looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline 5+ years’ experience in system validation and RF Strong experience validating complex HW/SW/embedded systems in a laboratory environment Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analysers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Power Meters and high-speed oscilloscopes Experience developing test automation , ideally using Python, C# or C++ Knowledge of IP networking systems and communication protocols Experience planning, estimating and developing system tests Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is advantageous Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills A collaborative, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently 🌍 Why join?
