Project Manager | Precision Machining & Manufacturing Metalicone

Metalicone, a company specializing in precision machining and assemblies , is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of customer projects — from order receipt through production, assembly, and final delivery — while serving as a key interface between the customer and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage customer projects from order receipt through production, assembly, and final delivery • Build and manage project timelines, priorities, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate and drive activities across Engineering, Production, Assembly, Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality • Manage suppliers and subcontractors to support project execution, timelines, and quality requirements • Ensure technical requirements, drawings, specifications, and customer expectations are clearly understood and implemented • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, delays, production constraints, and bottlenecks • Maintain direct and ongoing communication with customers regarding project status, schedules, technical issues, and delivery commitments • Provide regular project status updates and reports to management • Track project costs, schedules, delivery targets, and performance indicators • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving project execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction Requirements • Proven experience in project/product management within a manufacturing, machining, metalworking, or industrial environment • Proven experience in team management, preferably within a production or assembly environment • Proven experience managing suppliers and subcontractors • Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes, production planning, and technical drawings/documentation • Experience working with multidisciplinary interfaces across Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain • Experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools • Experience working with Priority ERP – required • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive execution in a dynamic production environment • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality, schedules, and customer requirements Advantages • Experience in CNC machining and/or precision metal processing environments • Experience managing assembly activities or production teams • Background in customer-driven manufacturing projects • Technical education or engineering-related background Why Join Us?
