Technical Program Manager

?? **Technical Program Manager | Global High-Tech Company** We’re looking for a **Technical Program Manager** to join a leading global high-tech company and take ownership of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone with a strong **technical mindset**, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. ### What You’ll Do • Own complex technical programs end-to-end, from planning and execution to delivery and continuous improvement. • Define program scope, timelines, OKRs, resources, risks, and dependencies. • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders and drive effective decision-making. • Work closely with Engineers, Product Managers, QA, partner teams, and external vendors. • Triage technical issues, manage escalations, and help drive solutions across teams. • Lead change management initiatives and ensure effective implementation. • Analyze data, track program performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Build project plans, trackers, status reports, and communication plans. • Lead program meetings, postmortems, and cross-functional initiatives. • Work hands-on with technical details while maintaining a broader strategic perspective. ### What We’re Looking For • **3–4+ years of experience** in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or a related field. • Proven experience owning projects or programs **end-to-end, from conception through implementation**. • Strong **stakeholder management** skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical teams. • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data and datasets. • Technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineers and Product teams. • Experience with program planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement. • Highly proactive, autonomous, and comfortable making independent decisions. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • **Fluent English – mandatory.** • **French or Spanish – an advantage.** • High-tech experience – a strong advantage. • GIS / Geographic Information Systems experience – an advantage, but not mandatory. ? **What makes this role interesting?** You’ll work in a global, fast-paced environment where you’ll have significant ownership, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and combine **technical problem-solving, program management, and strategic thinking**. ?? **Location:** Tel Aviv ?? **Hybrid – 3 days in the office** ??
