Supplier Quality Manager for specification items

We are looking for A Supplier Quality Manager for specification items at our Haifa site, within the Aerospace division Join a leading quality team in one of the world's foremost defense organizations, where you will have a direct impact on the quality of critical products and lead improvement processes with top industry suppliers In this role you will Manage and control supplier quality for mechanical and electronic specification items Conduct periodic quality audits at supplier sites and lead continuous improvement processes Analyze quality findings, generate statistical reports and define corrective action plans Support development processes within the company and lead FAI processes with suppliers Support onboarding and qualification of new suppliers Collaborate with engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues Define quality requirements for suppliers and implement standards and specifications Requirements B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or Materials Engineering Lead Auditor certification - advantage 3+ years of experience in quality within the defense or aerospace industry Experience working with suppliers - advantage Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 quality standards and experience with FAI processes Experience working with ERP and PLM systems - advantage High level of English proficiency Proficiency in MS Office applications Willingness to travel to supplier sites in Israel and abroad Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead processes Only relevant applications will be answered* #Haifa Show more Show less
